When a positive keyword matches — phone call

When a positive keyword matches, a call can be made using either option.

My call center number — We call the contact and bridge them to the number you enter below.

Campaign AI Agent — The AI places the outbound call using your campaign’s voice number. Configure the agent under AI Agent. The AI receives this contact’s info and SMS history for the call.
